Maternity. For me this is an opportunity to photograph one of the most intimate moments of a mama and her unborn child. The "glow" is a real thing and I feel all the happiness, elation and love pouring out of a soon to be mom is so lucid in a time like this.

Newborn lifestyle is one of my favorite types of shoots and this session was nothing short of a favorite! I loved the contrasting colors of this shoot and especially the pretty light blue hues that paired so nicely with Avery's beautiful strawberry red hair.

She's smily, she's colorful and this session couldn't have fit her personality more perfectly!
Little Lucy has been my baby model since I started my business and it was so much fun to do this ONE YEAR OLD paint session to celebrate her!
Her momma even made this cute canvas to keep! She taped off the number "1" using painters tape so that Lucy could paint around it. We would later peel off the tape to reveal a (still white) #1 surrounded by smudges of color and tiny handprints - Lucy's first painting masterpiece!
Lucy wasn't completely into the paint until she decided to try to eat it - parents be warned! We were able to stop her and instead capture the cuteness of her COVERED in paint!
